Appreciation is a beautiful state to be in and brings us many benefits. It takes us out of suffering states where we dwell on our own pain. It’s the perfect transition state to be in.

Sometimes we place our focus on all the things we don’t have whether it’s certain people, things or experiences. It isn’t a mindset for happiness.
Shifting focus to all that we have helps us see how much we really do have and to just appreciate it for a moment.
