Is there anything in life that you have been afraid to do lately? Things that you know you need to do.
You don’t need to take on everything you fear. In fact, fear is a very good thing. It keeps us safe.
But there are times when these fears get out-sized relative to the challenges we face. These things scare us because we worry we might fail, not be enough, or get rejected. In other words, we are worried about pain to our inner psyche.
These are the things that we need to build courage for doing.
Fear isn’t just an annoying feeling that keeps us in a box. It’s also a message to ourselves, often a message to prepare.
You never need to take a jump into the unknown without getting yourself ready. This is too much pressure. Instead learn all you can, and at the same get ready to make a few small jumps. One at a time.
Take those steps towards what you really want. Trust in your ability to solve the problems that will arise. And keep focus on the goal.
